A Question about Self-unhooking and Benevolent Emblem

We know that unhooking a survivor returns the points lost on benevolent emblem and awards the survivor who performs the unhook action with extra points if the unhooked survivor is not downed in 10 seconds.

So will the points be returned if the survivor unhooks himself? And will he get the extra points if he is not downed in 10 seconds?

Another question is that if he is downed in 10 seconds, will he be punished because of unsafe unhook action?

I'm not completely sure but I think unhooking or healing yourself gives you survival points, not benevolent

I'm talking about the benevolent emblem which helps you to get pips instead of altruism points.

I know that unhooking yourself gives you 1500 survival points, but it does not affect the unbroken emblem which is formerly known as survival category. the quality of the unbroken emblem only depends on whether you have escaped or the minutes you survived. I just want to know if the survivor who unhooks himself can get the points towards BENEVOLENT EMBLEM instead of ALTRUISM CATEGORY for unhook action.
