Certain Killers Shouldn't Be Able To Run Certain Perks/Combos

I mean come on. Do I really need to say anything else? Some examples:

  • Stridor Spirit
  • Pop Freddy
  • Spirit Fury/Enduring Billy
  • Infectious Fright Nurse

Theres a few more I can't think of off the top of my head, but perks like this on these killers is quite literally so unfun. And before anyone comes for my neck I've played about 3k hours on PC of both sides and these perks are quite literally so busted on these killers it's insane. And, I won't reply to anyone doing any whataboutism's on this thread.

EDIT:

People are flipping out at me about survivor sided things so I'll list a few survivor perks I believe could use some adjustment as well

  • Ds Unbreakable. Obvious
  • Unbreakable Soul guard, sort of uncommon right now but i've played against it, very annoying
  • vault build (resilience spine chill) i personally think theres no issue with it, but some people might not like it
  • prove thyself better together, need i say more

EDIT 2:

I'm seeing a lot of "well this perk is totally fine" and i didn't make myself very clear in saying that i don't want the PERKS nerfed persay, I want the killers running them to be tuned a little bit so that these perks aren't as powerful as they can be on these specific killers. AKA fix the core base mechanics of the game. Perks are fine on their own.
