Perk not showing in bloodweb.

in Bug Reporting

I recently unlocked Pop goes the Weasel from the last shrine of secrets.

Now I also got Devour Hope from the current shrine of secrets.

I leveled up Freddy until I only have three perks showing in my blood web at level 50.

I have not had Pop goes the Weasel appear including in my current blood web.

So what can do I other than prestige him? I don't want to waste all the levels and add-ons I unlocked on him.

    What happens here is that your "perk pool" still has other perks to show. For example, if you keep on ignoring Stridor, Distressing and Monstruous Shrine, they will keep on taking knots on the Bloodweb that could be filled with either Pop Goes the Weasel or Devour Hope. What you need to do for your new perks to show up is buy all the old perks until you max them out. If you keep avoiding them, they will keep showing up. Once all of the "bad" perks are already level 3, your Bloodweb will be filled with the perks you want.

    I have Devour hope at 3, and I also took all of them and now only have add-ons appearing in my web but not Pop I am level 50
