How to *aesthetically* provide a fix to Spirit's power

Okay, after a long back and forth of seeing how players react to different Spirit power adjustments, here's what I think would be more intimidating to play against and fair: (Not saying it's an end-all fix, just an idea)

  • When The Spirit starts to phase walk, her husk 'melts' into the ground as it does when she ends phase walk right now.
  • All sounds emitted from her husk dissipate and The Spirit's terror radius fades away to undetectable.
  • Similar to in the trailer for Shattered Bloodline (release), The Spirit's breath fades in and grows in strength or weakens depending on how close the Spirit is to you, but it is not directional.
  • Spirit's footsteps can be heard very heavily during phasewalk, but only within 4 meters. (Maybe, I'm bent on this idea. I would like it to sound like a lighter version of Oni, but for Spirit. That could be scary IMO)
