My username on Xbox is "Kidflash JL' and I'm a rank one killer I was going to go for the adept challenge and I successfully did it on the asylum penitentiary with the coxcombed clapper and the all seeing blood with a putrid oak but I did not get my achievement when I clearly got a merciless with all 4 iredecent and this is the second time it happened originally happened with spirit a while back
