The child, the orphan, the littlest bean. Whatever you would like to call her.
this psychic wielding lunatic might be small and slow. But she’s terrifying in the long run.
terror radius 25 meters

Power:
Hide and seek, when damaged by the orphan. Survivors are no longer able to hear the terror radius, this effect stays on until fully healed, additionally, any survivor hooked by the orphan and gets unhooked sees the image of a child just off in the distance, walking from behind objects and vanishing. This effect stays on until the survivor finds and cleanses a children’s toy.
Perks.
Persistent presence, survivors who have been unhooked but yet to cleanse a toy always here the terror radius at a far/medium/close range. And the images have a 10/15/20% chance to cause the survivor to scream.
Clean Room, the survivor cannot see toys auras within 5/10/15 meters of themselves.
lost and found, the survivor cannot see toys auras outside of 25/20/15 meters of themselves.
obviously, it would need some work. But basically. It would be fun to see a pint sized killer.

If they got hooking and looping to work this could be cool.

If you are talking about like what the child looks like hooking. Just have the survivor in a bubble floating above her head. Or being dragged behind by the hair or something. Then when they get to the hook. Then the child just summons major strength to throw the survivor onto the hook.
as for the looping. I assume you are talking about when the child’s image is haunting the unhooked survivor. It could be something as simple as the image of the child chasing the survivor at a distance. But can be proven fake by flashing a flashlight on it. Or to do the side image that’s just walking off in the distance. It spawns in the camera arc at a random distance and generates a random image out of like 3-5. Walks left. Walks right. Stands still. Running away. Or running towards. And vanishes after about 3 seconds of spawning.

you cant have perks directly influence and require a specific killer ability, otherwise they wouldn't be perks they would be power addons.

I was talking moreso about how hard it would be to see the killer, survivors have a tendency to disappear in tall grass, having a killer be even smaller could be a nightmare.

That makes sense too. So we could have it so she flies when standing normal. But crouching is on the ground and moves at like half the speed of survivors.
or that could be the fun of her. Since she’s slow already.

hmmmm. I see what you mean. How about,
chilling presence: reduce your terror radius. But slows you down.
energy surge: when chasing an unhooked survivor. Increase your speed by x.
and keep persistent presence. But take away the cleanse you thing and just make it so they need to snap themselves out of it.
