Flashlights in 4.1.0

Flashlights seem a little different. They hang down to the side more than it being just the usual straight beam. Is this because of the graphics update or is this just a bug?

    Honestly i was wondering the same thing, i hope they aren't like this intentionally but if they are we will just have to get used to it. i feel like I have to aim higher and higher every time to blind the killer.
