FPS Drop every 10 seconds
• Platform: PC
• Description of the issue: The game freezes and drops 15 fps every 10 seconds (I counted it) after the 4.1.0 update
• Steps to reproduce (if possible): Just open Dbd
• How often does this occur: everytime

Same here. It was in the PTB too but I didn't really worry about it because it was also in the Stranger Things PTB and when that was pushed to live the problem wasn't on the live build, so I assumed it's just some weird PTB only issue but nah it's live too this time.
EDIT: I'm running on a HDD, 16GB ram, 1080ti GPU. I forgot my CPU but it's an i7 of some sort and should be able to handle this. Whatever is going on it only started after this update. I have already tried verifying my game cache.

I got the same problem and I know a lot of people who do as well. Messes with skillchecks and movement mostly, but also affects your camera when you do fast moves in a 360 or similar.
Also playing on PC. Ping is mostly 40-60ms with a stable connection.

It is really bad on Xbox as well. I kept trying to hit people but having 15 frames a second really doesn't help.

Yea Ive had the same issue of constant fps drops and jagged performance of game play, both survivor and killer. Really annoying and hurts my eyes while playing. Taking a break form this game bcs of it. Also experienced players Dc'ing or game crashing due to the latest up date being unstable.

Yeah it happens the most in certain games and is irritating its makes the game lag.

It's problematic on PS4, barely get more than 15 fps on Lerys and Midwich which makes it unplayable.

Same thing happening to me on PS4 it is very annoying and it makes it a lot harder to hit survivors. It is a lot worse on PS4 I think because my fps drops to like 20-30 and can barely hit survivors.
