They changed it in the mid chapter it appears to come out higher and angled/curved differently.

I haven’t played her since update. Is it different?

I assumed it was a bug and unintended. I'd like some confirmation on this from dev if we could.

It looks to me like her FOV got lowered, like we’ve got a boob cam instead of head cam, I feel shorter as her. Means it’s not the puke acting differently but rather our perception of it.

It is absolutely horrendous for playing her. When you try to puke on things directly in front of you like survivors or gens, you basically have to look at the floor or it will arc straight over their head. It makes it really annoying just to infect gens, and considerably more difficult to land more vomit on someone who is close to you, which already gave them the benefit of moving quickly around your model.

@Peanits Is this a bug or intended?

Plague's camera placement was unique in the sense that it was placed at eyelevel. Vast majority of the killers have their camera placed at the neck, thorax, or even at the abdomen (in the case of Hag). I assume the developers corrected their "mistake" on Plague in the latest update, but without adjusting the vomit stream.

Its basically a nerf to Plague because she can't look over some obstacles anymore.

God, I hope it is a bug. It was terrible playing as her so I stopped cuz I thought she was bugged.

It's not puke anymore it's green tiddy milk according to where the camera's facing.
