Revert Billy's Engravings or change them.
Shadow-nerfing Engravings and then saying that they stayed the same in the patch notes, really cool.
Revert the Death Engraving back to 15% and Doom Engraving back to 20% or change the patch notes so it says that these two add-ons got nerfed. Why do you have to shadow-nerf Billy's add-ons on top of nerfing his base kit? Why do you have to lie in the patch notes?
Alternatively, if you want to keep the values at 3% and 7%, remove the extra charge time because these two add-ons are one of the most useless add-ons in the game at the moment.

And also the charge time has increased from12% to 20%. When I combined carburattor (-18%) and engravings (should be +12%), the bar get red instead of yealow

Are you sure? If that's the case, then the Engravings nerf was even worse than I thought. It says the engravings have the "same effect" in the patch notes, what a load of bs.

Yes. Try to combine carburattor (-18%) and one engraving (It should be +12%) end check the charge bar.
