NoED nerf without being a nerf

It works exactly how it does right now, but it's always lit. To counterbalance the ability to always see it, the speed buff is constant as long as it's active. This gives killers a boost early game while having insurance if it makes it to end game.

9 out of 10 times it'll be destroyed. But I understand what you're trying to do.

As somebody who has only ever played survivor, just cleanse the totems when you see them. Hasn't really changed how often I escape, gives you some extra BP and renders the perk useless. Honestly it's kind of a rush when the killer expects to be able to down you after the last gen is done but then doesn't have their NOED. I think that even though it's a little annoying, it's not too terribly broken. It also takes away a perk slot for the entire game, and is only useful when all gens get done.

This would just further incentivize people to avoid cleansing dull totems.

noed is fine, no need. its the killers "best" perk (at least hex) and its really only useful if there not at the gate ready to be hit and leave. or is being cocky
