Iron Will bugged?

I was playing earlier with 3 other people and 2 of us had iron Will level 3 on and when we were injured still made sounds of pain despite having iron Will on. We tested it in 2 more games and had the same issue despite having different killers each game. We had spirit for the first game. Freddy for the second. And Hag for the third game and in each game had the same issue with making sounds of pain when injured even with iron Will at level 3 equipped

And sometimes without iron will I am 100% quiet.
