PC - survivors are not temporarily immobilised after getting speared by the deathslinger
Pre-patch 4.1.0, survivor will be temporarily immobilised for around half a second after getting spared. They are only able to move once that time period is ended.(This is when the "chain breaking" event bar happens)
After patch 4.1.0, survivor will drift left or right by a great margin after getting spared by the deathslinger. In the other words, the short "immobilization" period is no longer there.
This happens before the "breaking chain event" bar even starts to kick in, making lots of shots impossible to perform after patch 4.1.0. Since they don't stay where they got shot for that short duration, they drift straight behind the walls before the "chain break" event even started.

Yup, lost a couple of reels in cause of it. It's weird how bugs like this pop out of nowhere.

to me it sounds like a shadow nerf, not just a bug.

No mentions in the patch note of 4.1.1 hot fix is a bummer.
This is a base kit issue that you can not avoid if you want to play the deathslinger unlike you can avoid using a specific add-on.
Ignoring a critical issue of a whole character does indeed sound like a shadow nerf.
RIP deathslinger mains.

still not fixed in 4.1.2 as we all expected.(Along with flashlight that aint centered). With current pace, I bet there won't be a fix until the next new chapter.

I'm starting to believe this is not a bug and more like a feature or shadow nerf.
