Knock out sound effect

After recently playing against a killer who was running the perk "knockout" I found the muted sound effect when you get downed to be extremely cool and I know this wouldnt affect gameplay but I feel like having the world get muted around you after you get brutally stabbed by a killer to be a really cool feature that just should be in the base game and not a perk. This wouldnt affect gameplay in anyway and would just be purely for immersion and I dont see any reason not to add this as a base game effect.

    I'll be honestly, I've always really enjoyed the deafness effect. I kinda wish it was more common than... What, a hag add-on, a clown add-on, and Knockout?
