Are flashlights bugged now?

so after the update, I've realized the aiming or angle of the flashlight beam seems to be off. Normally pretty decent when it comes to using the flashlight but after the update seems to be giving me problems. Someone on YouTube said it is a bug but I'm not sure. Any information will be helpful

Yes the flashlights have been bugged. BHVR said it and said they will be working on fixing it. So itll be harder to blind killers as of now. Also when the killer is picking up a survivor and you blind or pallet them and they arent dropping the survivor. That was intentional as when picking up a survivor the killers had no chance to stop getting blinded or palleted.
