LoPro chains still never insta downs, description changed but not actually implemented
Just played a match and I decided to run Lopro chains because the new description of it is "Survivors hit with the Chainsaw within 5 seconds of breaking a Pallet or a Breakable Wall are only damaged for a single Health State." But when I found the first survivor out of place and got a saw out in the open it still didn't insta down, and it kept happening all through the match.

The PS4 description says:
- Continue a Chainsaw Sprint after breaking a pallet.
- Survivors hit with the Chainsaw are damaged for a single health state.

I have also noticed that many of his other addons do not function correctly. The Mother's Helpers and Black Grease both do nothing, even when they should be activated. Also, the Heavy Clutch makes it so that your turning speed is base, even when combined with the other turning speed addons. I hope they fix these issues soon.

Well, I am indeed not on PS4 so this is irrelevant to me my man. They changed the pc description and the wiki was even updated to match it (https://deadbydaylight.gamepedia.com/LoPro_Chains), but it still functions as it used to.

Thats the original PTB version, they changed the addon later for the Live version, but instead of putting the updated version they put the original PTB addons, reason why all of the addons are super weak and say something but do another on PC.

Hardly irrelelvant, two different platforms have drastically different descriptions of the same add-on. On console, that add-on is functioning exactly as it says it should be. So, who's to say PC release gone messed up on their end for the description. My point raises questions as to what exactly is going on with that add-on.

The description on PC is wrong. For multiple Billy ans Bubba add-ons. They accidentally added the updated descriptions on PC early, the updated effects weren't added yet. Only incorrect description on PS4 is the Iridescent Brick.
