I really need help. game running painfully slow for no reason.

I was in a game (against the doctor if it matters) and the game/my computer crashed. after that whenever I launch the game it moves at a snails pace and is completely unplayable. I have tried uninstalling the game multiple times, I tried factory resetting my PC. nothing has helped if anyone has any ideas please help. I have a nice computer and good Wifi so I know its not that.

It could be related with game config files, those are save on steam cloud, so uninstalling or factory resetting your pc wont do anything. As soon as you reinstall, they get updated from steam.

Also it could be a hardware problem, did you rule that out?
