Perk Suggestion - Never Give Up

Planned to work as a 3rd chance, after an unsuccessful Dead Hard, for example. Would work fine to counter special attacks like Pyramid Head's Punishment of the Damned.
Never Give Up
You won't get down even in difficult situations. While in Exhaustion, you gain Endurance for 35/40/50 seconds. Any hit will cause Deep Wound, and the survivor has 45/60/75 seconds to mend. If the time to mend is finished, the player is immediately put into Dying State.
The timer doesn't stops while mending.
Never Give Up will work until a successful attack happens while active, then, it can not be used anymore.
Being hit while Never Give Up is active causes Broken Status Effect for 16 seconds.

Okay let me analyse this:
-
While in Exhaustion, you gain Endurance for 35/40/50 seconds.
- So when you enter exhaustion, you gain endurance for that long. Why for that long? Soul Guard has only 8 second duration! Any hit will cause Deep Wound, and the survivor has 45/60/75 seconds to mend
- This is too long to be an issue. And i know you wroteThe timer doesn't stops while mending
. , however Deep Wound is a status effect. It changing how it works because of one perk would be weird.Never Give Up will work until a successful attack happens while active, then, it can not be used anymore.
- Okay it might be just me but wouldn't it be better if it was tied to exhaustion itself?Being hit while Never Give Up is active causes Broken Status Effect for 16 seconds
. - Why...? 16 Seconds is too short anyways (+You're in Deep Wound). But i agree it should have this kind of penalty but for way longer. Like atleast 60-80 seconds.

- Well, the timer is completely relative, and it can be changed. I chose a longer period in the hypotesis of a long chase, and if the killer persist on the same survivor until the perk turns off, it will be a big waste of time. But, i agree with you, would be a big difference between perks, and we could adjust in something like 10/15 seconds.
- The time to mend is the same thing above, and again, we can change this. Something like 20/25 seconds or even shorter, it would demand effort for protection by the team, and that is interesting.
- I really haven't got the point, can you explain in a longer version?
- Yes, good one. Like Deliverance, it literally saves lives, and the time is 100/80/60 seconds, could be the same for Never Give Up.
