PS4 - Wretched Shop survivors stuck on hill
Playing as survivor on the Wretched Shop map I went to go around a hill that was behind the shop and got stuck at the bottom by the ramp up (first picture below) . I was stuck until the killer came over and downed me. Later in the match while I was on my second hook I saw a survivor not moving, when I went over after being unhooked saw she was stuck by ramp of different hill by the killer shack (second picture below).
Steps to recreate
1. Play public match as survivor on Wretched Shop map.
2. Go around bottom of hill until stuck.

This happened to me too at the bottom of a hill on the same map. A friendly Trapper helped me out by downing me and moving me to a hook.

Exactly the same thing happened to me in Coal Tower. Cleansed a totem on the hill and got stuck just like in your pictures.
