Well this was a fun one. I joined as a PC duo into a game with two console teammates and a console spirit. 1 immediately ran into the nearest locker and stayed there the entire game. The other proceeded to find the nearest palette (which ended up being a God palette) and throwing it despite the killer being nowhere near our vicinity. When I eventually caught up with the killer I was hit twice, once from 10 feet away and once through a palette stun. The killer was at that point stuck inside the palette for the remainder of the game. Sadly games just like this one are now the norm rather than the exception.

BHVR, please give PC players the option to disable crossplay; you've ######### killed the game for me.

EDIT: Well it turns out that in order for the "disable crossplay" option to NOT be greyed out, you have to access it from the main menu; eg when you're not in any form of lobby. Sort of annoying but I can see why it would be that way (I guess it's so you can't disable crossplay once you've already found a crossplay game, even though it's greyed out regardless of whether the game has found other players for you or not). In any case, at least that much is fixed. Now I get to deal with half hour queue times, but better than having to deal with ######### ping on every killer.

The things you're complaining about here have nothing to do with crossplay.

The two console players either didn't know what they were doing or were trolling, which is a problem with those two players.

The hit "from 10 feet away" is a problem with latency or hit detection, the latter of which is being worked on.

The killer being stuck in a pallet is a bug, which is a problem with the game itself.

Also, there IS an option to disable crossplay.

You can turn it off in the options, but when I tried it the queue difference was so long and noticeable that I ended up turning it back on before I even got into one lobby.

Option is greyed out; not really an option at all if you can't use it.

EDIT: figured out there's a certain way you have to do it in order for it to not be greyed out, which is annoying but at least that's sorted now. Thanks!

You can say whatever you want but it's only become a serious issue for me since crossplay came into effect. These problems existed of course, but far from being every game like it is now.
