Archives Collection Missing When Opened

I play on PC via steam.

Example

Step 1 : Boot the game

Step 2 : Open the Archives

Step 3 : Navigate to the Collection tab on the left

Step 4 : Notice all the entries are locked despite having been earned.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • I encountered this issue when I logged in for the first time this morning after the 4.1.0 patch.

    I have a similar bug. when I go to my collections I only see the collections for chapter 1 when I go to look at them from any Tome. unlocking them is fine however I cannot see the collections that are not from Tome 1.
