Got stuck on a part of the map

I was playing survivor on Ironworks of misery and while I was getting around a hill(with hook), I got stuck on rocks, I had sprint burst but it didn't unstuck me. I couldn't do anything so I quit.

That bug is on every hill and happens to everbody on the same spot.
You cant get healed or you cant move -_-
