Seriously though, restart the game. It helped me, or contact the customer support.1 -
As @ChesterTheMolester said restart the game and if that doesn't work the Steam client if on Pc or disconnect from the Console service.
Now for the double charge you need to contact support and ask for their help but that sounds like you might've clicked it twice or there was a bug if using Steam or the console service.
