If 10 was the max we would lose solo queue would have players throw them all. If we get 10 7 of those should be the og filler pallets that were huge.

Bad survivors can learn to get better, great killers can't do anything against a gen rush, meta team. That's why I HATE this idea that you need to balance around terrible players in order to keep the game alive.

I get you though I hate it too but you gotta realize the game is easy when survivors are good because like you said its balanced around terrible players. But its balanced around terrible players because the community is full of bad players. But still 10 pallets is not enough unless they are the og big loops.
Good killers will eat them all and you will he left with ######### t and l walls. Besides really genrush where survivors let teammates die doing gens hardly happens mostly just survivors being efficient on gens.

The problem you brought up is a decent one it can feel completely a necessary to deal with a lot of stacked slow down however you seem to be trying to attack a symptom not a root cause.
The problem with suggestions like these in usually focuses around I don't like this so I think it shouldn't be here but it doesn't ask the question of why is it like this.
You want to fix the problem with stacking slowdown perks you need to ask yourself why slow down perks to stacked in the first place. Trying to fix the symptom without dealing with the problem doesn't help deal with the thing causing the symptoms before you deal with the symptoms

old ruin and pop were a problem now what are they going to do? currpt is on a time limit that can just be waited out. whats the worse they can do? dying light, thana, sloppy, and pop? no room for tracking i hope they have fun wondering around the map trying to find people for 10 minutes.
the combo you listed is weak af you could hide in a locker get a snack come back to find corrupt gone or just find ruin while corrupt is active that is nothing.
