Behaviour is Now Making Fake Discounts
I found Behaviour creating fake discounts. They are associated with the unbreakable outfits which all say they cost 1080 auric cells and are already 10% off. This was only relevant for outfits that could be mixed and matched since it was cheaper than buying all parts of the full outfit separetly. Unbreakable Outfits can't be discounted this way, and even upon day 1 one of release, the discount still remains. Just so you know, fake discounts are considered illegal in almost every State and the charges are severe, so if I were you devs, I would remove that 10% discount for all unbreakable outfits or even better, make Unbreakable Outfits breakable. Ignoring this thread will only increase the likelihood of unwanted trouble and a case.

But, It is a discount... Single cosmetic piece costs 400 auric cells, and they are giving 10% discount if you buy the whole cosmetic.

But you can't buy or wear separate pieces of a unbreakable outfit. You have to wear all the pieces together and buy it as a set. Therefore, the discount for them are fake as they haven't ever costed more than 1080 auric cells, except for Legendary outfits, but it's the exact same story.

Uhhhhh… how often are you in stores? New sales are up every other day.

I don't think you understand. These discounts for the unbreakable outfits have already been there since release.

So? You're right, they've been there since the start. So why are you complaining? Why don't you just calm down and relax and literally nothing will go wrong for you. Jut chill out dude.

Because it's a fake discount. They're ILLEGAL in multiple states. Just as I explained earlier. This same thing has happened with Fallout 76 for false promotional practices.

You know that many stores actuslly give discount all the year or all the time on some products right?

I'm just going to leave this here. I didn't come just to complain over nothing. https://www.ecfr.gov/cgi-bin/text-idx?SID=e4dfdd04ab5cf9c0db8d18ce1d577887&mc=true&node=pt16.1.233&rgn=div5#se16.1.233_15

But it says when you hover over what you're purchasing that you cannot mix and match. Its not misleading, and please tell me the part that says you can't have super long sales?

"It is important, therefore, that where such a form of offer is used, care be taken not to mislead the consumer"
Yep, as chromeskull said, everything is fine.

"Other illustrations of fictitious price comparisons could be given. An advertiser might use a price at which he never offered the article at all; he might feature a price which was not used in the regular course of business, or which was not used in the recent past but at some remote period in the past, without making disclosure of that fact; he might use a price that was not openly offered to the public, or that was not maintained for a reasonable length of time, but was IMMEDIATELY reduced."
That is exactly what the 10% discount is for all unbreakable outfits. It basically implies the original price was 1200 auric cells if without the discount while that isnt true. The actual price is 1080 auric cells and for anyone new will think that these outfits are all temporarily on sale when they're not due to the false discount.

This is something to contact your consumer protection agency about. They should be able to tell you if it's violating any laws and any next steps to take.
I imagine Behaviour's lawyers would advise against responding to this thread regardless of whether they're at fault. Other users playing lawyer isn't very productive either, if you have a legal issue contact a real lawyer.

You're absolutely right, but I hope the problem could be addressed before needing to go there. If Behaviour doesn't respond, then they asked for this.
