Does anyone knows if the hindered status effects lingers after being hit?

Recently while playing Clown I got this doubt, but I didn't find anything about it. With the speed boost after being hit it's very hard to tell if hindered is still active, is there someone who can satisfy my curiosity? Thanks.

To my knowledge, suvivors don't get hindred after the hit speed boost. Most likely done by purpose.
