Change Terrified challenge.
It breaks concept of the rift.
Either Wraith or Hag have zero ways to make survivors scream.
The only perks/killer that do are behind paywall, so please, change it.

Still technically possible with Nurse? Very farmy tho...
Although yeah, this challenge is unaturally difficult for someone who doesn't buy DLCs. There should be more perks that do this base.

Well you make survivors scream by just hitting and downing them, if you really want the challenge over quickly do this build ->
Doctor: Ruin, Infectious, distressing, surveillance. (infectious helps with screams, distressing with static blast range, ruin is gen defense and shocking/tier 3 will activate surveillance)
Take them to Hawkings, use the addons: "Order" Stack the purple and yellow, you can use static blast lots constantly making them scream, be in madness 3 and off gens plus helping you find them to cause pressure.

Doctor is only in the base game on console, the game is more expensive on console than it is on PC though

Survivors scream when they trigger Hag traps.

Make survivors scream 45 times iirc.

Pretty sure all Killers can make Survivors scream when they get hit and they scream when triggering Hag's traps.
Also wasn't there a scream challenge in Tome 3? Huntress and Legion don't have any special way of making Survivors scream.
