Killer'a hit radius
Why is the killer able to hit you after he misses you but ends up getting a hit, what I mean is you hear the swoosh sound (his swing) a clear miss but ends up hitting your toe or something the killer is able to swing his weapon and turns his body while swinging and gets a hit such bullshit I didn't know you could injury someone from the side of a weapon maybe fix that issue as well and I know you know what I'm talking about

If anything that‘s probably a connection issue. The hitbox itself seems fair enough.
Also, if a killer is able to catch up to you, the killer shouldn‘t also have a hard time just hitting you. That‘s not how this game is balanced, since it‘s a 1v4 and Killers already go against the clock.

Killers shouldn't have a hard time hitting you really man! you guys already have the advantage you must not understood what I said above where the killer turns his body and hits you after he swings then the weapon goes into a downward motion to the ground but the killer turns and surprising hits you unbelievable

It's more of a problem with the animation not lining up with the swing I think really.
If the attack box collidies with your hitbox at any point during the attack it's a hit, even if it's the end of the swing. Essentially there could be no animation to swinging and the swing just lasts a determined amount of time that's the same on every killer and sometimes this looks weird. I think trapper and freddy especially are affected by this because of their small weapons with short attack animations compared to say oni with his large sword with long attack animation.
They're the exact same, it just looks a little off on freddy and trapper.

I don't understand why people give excuses for the design of this game if the killer swings a misses in a downward motion that's a miss not being able to turn their body and hit your ankles and say I got you with the side of my weapon that's craczy

Again those janky hits are most likely because of connection. The hitbox itself is fine I believe.
And no, killers do not have the upper hand. Gens go very fast so killers have to be fast with downing survivors and applying map pressure. If a killer catches up to you with proper gameplay, he should be able to reliably hit you.

That's funny, now come back down to earth you must be a killer or a survivor who is a sucker or naive

It's your connection. Fix your internet, and you'll fix this issue. That's all there is to it. You can complain as much as you want about it, but the devs can't do anything about people with bad internet.
