Xbox- Lost all my character levels/prestiges

I boot up the game, sign in and when I go to select a survivor it shows all my brother's survivors and HIS prestiges. Same with killer. At first I thought it was just a visual glitch since he had just logged out but when I went to see the perks it didn't show my perks. Since I main Meg and have all the perks with her it was pretty obvious. I tried to restart the game, change console, and nothing worked.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • This started since yesterday when we bought ultimate game pass. I have proof that I reached prestige 3 with the achievement.
