Dying Light, MoM, and downsides that are no longer needed.
Dying Light and Mettle of Man were originally pretty powerful perks, so it is understandable that they came with downsides. However, after their reworks I see no point in keeping those downsides.
Dying Light buffs your Obsession's altruistic actions by 33%. Mettle of Man reveals your aura if you heal after using it. There is no reason for these effects to exist anymore.
Now, there is one problem with removing these effects. Mettle of Man would no longer have a tier difference. However, this is easily fixed by making it like Spirit Fury. Instead of requiring 3 protection hits to activate, make it 5/4/3 or even 4/3/2 protection hits to activate.

I agree, also I would make Dying Light work even when the Obsession dies...
I think 3 protection hits is perfect for Mettle of Man, 2 would be too easy to get tbh.
Also I think that if these changes would be done, MoM on tier 1 & 2 would be unusable tbh.

There are many unusable perks on t1 and t2...
And dying light really needs this change right now it helps survivors more than the killer...

Dying Light sucks. With 6 stacks I'm negating 16.2 (90x1.18=106.2, and 106.2-90 is 16.2) seconds of generator progress on remaining generators, and with PGTW I'm negating 22.5 (90x1.25=112.5, and 112.5-90=22.5) seconds PER POP (+ gives regression). In red ranks getting 6 stacks of dying light means that the match is almost over in favor of the killer which makes dying light useless because the match is almost over, or there are 2 or 1 generators to be done which means dying light impact is gonna be absolutely garbage when compared to PGTW. I can't believe this perk gives only 3% per hook and massive survivor buffs and restrict you to not kill the obssession. Whoever designed this perk is a potato scaried cat survivor I'm sure.

Well... dying light is a perk that works only when you are already winning...

MoM is already unusable kekw
But yeah, there's a possibility that MoM is too powerful at 2 stacks. They could at least test the 4/3/2 version in a mid-chapter PTB and if it's too much they can just set it to 5/4/3 on the live release.
