PC - Spectate the killer while on hook

I started a usual dbd game recently(today) and after being hooked for my second time in Father Campbell's basement on the farthest hook from the stairs I was forced to spectate the killer. I was still in the game but couldn't struggle since I was technically never hooked. This is when I began recording the video. The Oni was still able to hit, down, and hook the other remaining survivor, but it seemed like he couldn't kick pallets, although the killer didn't add me after and I was not able to confirm my suspicion.

After killing the other survivor, the Oni proceeds to assume the game is over, but in fact I am still alive somehow. He closes the hatch and proceeds to the basement where I am on the hook with crows, but not actually hooked, he hits me and I proceed to go into a falling animation from my view. But to what I can only assume, from the

killers perspective, I am still hooked. I let the endgame collapse timer run out and I still don't die. I thought I was trapped in the game without an ability to get up or even leave, so I disconnect. I proceed to have a conversation with another survivor who saw the same perspective as me and they tell me that it is a bug they have seen before. But it turns out the killer is still stuck in the game, and can't leave without disconnecting. I then get 5k bp for escaping after the killer dc's ( I didn't actually get the bloodpoints but it said in post game scoreboard that I did).

Perks:

I was running the perks dead hard, we'll make, borrowed time, and adrenaline, but I never used any of these perks to be honest so I don't think they are involved.
