Survivor Rank reset twice in 1 week

Booted the game
Rank reset from 4 to rank 5, Played 3 games as survivor at rank 5 in a public match
Fourth game got an error code, Relogged and rank was reset from 5 to 9
Relogged again, no change. This also happened to another survivor i know that logged and re-logged accordingly
Played multiple characters, using different perks and on different maps. Frequency not sure but i have seen it as an issue to a few people in the last week or 2.
