Level UP!
Put more reward behind increasing player level beyond getting more iridescent shards. I do not want to sound greedy, but I think that as the level grows and you gain more devotion all bloodwebs should get slightly better (relative to your own level) similar to gaining prestige with a killer/survivor; however, it should be on a much smaller scale than when a character is gains prestige.

A bonus at the end of each devotion would be nice even a small amount of auric cells or bonus shards.

I think the amount of iridescent shards you get is fine. I'm currently devotion 1, so the reset has happened, and I'm still happy.
If they increased the amount of shards you get, they would make less money on auric cells/DLC packs.
Extra stuff like better bloodwebs would be fun i guess, but it could create big problems down the line. "Veterans" of the game already have so many good items. Creating even more wouldn't be a good idea imo.1 -

So I don't know why people latched onto that; however, I am more focused on improving the items found in bloodwebs and I mean that on a small scale. For example, hypothetically, if the bloodweb luck is increased by 10% for a prestige, then maybe for player level devotion would increase bloodweb by 3%.
