Archive lore entries always showing up as "new"

I'm playing on PC.

It's a very minor bug, but everytime I go on the archives, all lore entries are shown as "new", even though I have already seen them all.

    @MrLimonka Same for me, but in addition to that, the compendium is bugged and doesn't always show the right lore entries. What's really weird about it is that it switches which tomes have the problem, but today, Tome 1 and Tome 3 showed Tome 4's entries, and Tome 2 and Tome 4 showed their respective entries.

    Same on the Switch. It must of started with the start of Tome 4. Only time started to get the bug.
