The Amanda's Letter add-on for The Pig has been Kill Switched due to an issue with incorrect RBT count.

Get Rid of No Escape after Death (NOED)
This perk is insanely stupid.
Survivors and killers are grouped by skill. The matchmaking has been worked on over and over, and yet we still have a perk for killers that gives him an easy win despite not killing anyone the whole match.
NOED is basically like giving a Gold Star to a dumb kid who failed his test. It is the killer's responsibility to get better. When a killer camps the exit and camps survivors, it puts survivors at a huge disadvantage to be downed and get 4 kills when he barely made any progress the entire game. It's not the survivors' fault that the killer sucks.
This perk needs to be removed from the game.

Do bones. It will not activate if all bones are gone. Your just another entitled survivor main that wants NOED gone. It was already nerfed once. It has counterplay. Maybe you should be a red rank killer and see how much NOED comes in handy. NOED is punishment for not doing bones.

you sound like an angry killer to me.
I spend a lot of time looking for totems and then get constantly trash-talked or voted down for looking for the hard to find hex totems instead of doing generators. So instead of being a twerp, perhaps see it from a survivor's point of view.

I play both sides equally. Come back to me when you are a red rank killer with super sweaty SWF teams. NOED punishes them for gen rushing and ignoring bones.

Not everyone is an elitist player, kiddo. Take a chill pill. Do you go into ALL of the "Get rid of" posts and talk trash to the OP's?

How much killer do you play?

How much killer do you play? If you don't play killer, maybe you should play killer and see how much NOED really can do.

I was rank 2 last season. My killer rank has always been top 5. And I've never used NOED. Honestly. Never have. Because I don't rely on cheap shots to win.

Do the bones, NOED punishes lazy survivors

Do bones or leave if the killer has it. At best they'll get a kill with NOED

Hmm. All survivors get generators done. Killer can't down, much less hook or sacrifice a killer the entire match. Survivors get the last generator and open the gate, but the killer gets his cheap shots in with NOED and wins the game with 4 kills unless at least one person escapes.
How in the hell does this equate to "lazy survivors"? Sounds to me like the killer needs to learn to be a killer.

Anyone who thinks that survivors are lazy for actually getting all generators done and the killer can't even get one kill is off their rocker.

First of all, I am not throwing a tantrum. I am expressing my view on the matter. I am speaking generally, and all you people have done is attack me personally. Not okay.
Secondly, I like your points and I will definitely consider them and take some initiative to become better at dealing with a tricky perk.
Thank you for your input.

Your objective is to escape, not only do generators. If want to slam generators for an easy game, be prepared to deal with NOED. Holding M1 the whole game don't make you better than the "trash killer" that is using NOED

How Is defending your totems till endgame somehow indicative of lack of skill?

Do bones

How is a killer successfully defending their totems throughout the entire trial indicative of a lack of skill?

I would put either a dead meme or the words "Do bones" here, but you're too entitled to understand so instead here's Wide Myers.

Do bones lol, isn't the point of the game getting points? You get a lot of boldness points which makes you get a better medal, just like the killer who also needs to stop camping early to mid game so he can get points as well, this is the same but on the other side of the coin.
Also, the task of the killer is not preventing generators, is preventing survivors from escaping the trial. Camping after gates get energized is the only play that ensures killer may get sacrifice points.
If you aren't the type of person who plays 4-man SWF that keeps farming boldness points using 3 second chancet, you really should not care about NOED being in the game, just do totems and get the instant 1000 points from it.
By the way, losing the game is subjetive, if you did well, is enough, why would you even care about random players in the post game chat?

Join the no no noed army, bring detectives hunch, and purge all the bones, leave none left.

I always find it funny that survivors complain about NOED but when I get downs from Haunted Ground there’s not a peep even though Haunted Ground downs are more effective since they happen mid-game and increase the chance of the pressure snowballing into keeping all the gens done.
Also this notion that if all the gens are done that the killer is “bad” is nonsense. The game is designed around the average kills per game being around 2, with 0-1 kills being about equal to 3-4 kills and 2 being more or less a draw. Which means that something like 60% of games between equally skilled opponents will end with 0-2 kills and all the gens being done, aka NOED having a chance to trigger if totems still exist. Even if a killer plays well the gens are likely to be completed if the survivors also play well, stopping them is intentionally meant to be an uphill challenge.
The main difference with NOED and other exposed perks is it goes off in the last minute or two of play in most games versus earlier in the match. Running NOED is basically just a way of having a perk for the endgame much like running Corrupt Intervention or Whispers mainly helps in the first minute or two but not later. I don’t run NOED myself much because I’d rather focus on the early and midgame but I certainly don’t call killers who use NOED to beef up the endgame “bad” or “noobs” or “cheap”.

With that logic DS should also go away?
Survivors should be skilled enough to not go down under a 60 second chase

Thanks for everyone commenting. Seeing all these other viewpoints, I can understand and see that NOED, while tricky, is not as bad as it seems. Thanks for all the input.

The original NOED was horrendous, but at least now you can completely prevent the perk from coming into play by doing dull totems. You should bring detectives hunch so you can find the totems and destroy them, it's always satisfying to destroy all the totems and see the killer had NOED.

noed is like all of survivors second chance perks get rid of one of them like ds were talk and totems are survivors 2nd objective that where talk lazy survivors come from do bones.
game not over till you out the gate.
