As a survivor main I have a suggestion for slugging, camping and tunneling
I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not but I believe we should add a tagging feature. After each game there should be a category where you can click on the killer's name and be able to add if they tunnel, slug or camp. In them you should also be able to rate it on a scale from very frequent extreme or very extreme. I also believe that once you get in the loading screen to enter the match the survivors could get a warning. So that they would have a change to change perks but at least they could be warned. I believe this could help a little. I also wanna ask for a feature like I saw on another past asking for a replacement survivor or an opt out option. Dcing has become frequent and it would help if they could have someone replace them.

It would make survivor dodge lobbies more so longer queue times

not in lobbies tho thats what im saying I mean when it starts loading in so they would be warned until that time

Yep. The solution has to be within the game mechanics itself for this reason. But BHVR seems indifferent about this glaring issue since the game's creation.

I'm not talking about telling them in the lobbies im talking about when the game starts and also what about the other suggestion of a survivor getting replaced with one.

Slugging is necessary for pressure against gen times and many survivors will accuse killers of camping or tunneling when that wasn't the case. I'm not seeing how this solution helps in anyway.

I mean there no consequence for it and after awhile many may use it to warn people about the actual tunnelers so it would help and no it's not necessary but it a tactic i'm suggesting this because it could solve some problems. Since those are strategies they could at least say people were warned.

And ? Dodging a pain in the ass killer, who cares ?
A killer main using 100% of the time cheap mechanics will be dodged 100% of the time. Fair enough, they are toxic for so many survivors anyway.
A killer camping and tunneling once in a while won't be reported enough and survivors won't see it but a killer that has 50 pages on steam where it says -rep tunnel/camp should not be able to play the game anymore.

That's because it is only an "issue" because it interferes with the reward system BHVR set up for Survivors that encourages being given second chances and not Killer efficiency (and camping/focusing one survivor down that is already injured to secure a kill; is efficient - even if unenjoyable for the victim).
BHVR should do the opposite - stop dictating how the game should be played. Toxic players will be toxic players; casual, laid-back players will be laid-back; you don't need to force punishments upon a behavior to try to change that, because it won't change anything.

and force killers who play with bad sportsmanship to be less of a dicksack in order to get more matches. The more up ratings you get the shorter your wait time is, bad sportsmanship is punished, good sportsmanship is rewarded, forces re-form for the betterment of the health, well being and future of everyone's game, sounds good to me.

I don´t like it. It also comes off as shaming Killers for playing well. Slugging for pressure is a requirement against good survivors, especially since DS has to be expected on every survivor unless there´s no Obsession in the match. It also doesn´t have much merit in itself since many Survivors will accuse the Killer of camping/tunneling even if the Killer didn´t.
Mind you, apart from "facecamping" none of these are toxic or bad sportsmanship. People need to grow a pair like Paulie Esther.

I've had survivors complain about slugging and tunneling when I was playing super nice (I slugged to punish bad saves, but I didn't re-hook them, which is far nicer than I get 99% of the time when I play survivor). I've seen comparisons before of how a match looks from a survivor's perspective vs the killer's perspective, and it can look like tunneling to a survivor when to the killer they're bouncing between all four survivors trying to juggle them. Survivors will think the killer is camping the hook because they can't see all the scratchmarks their teammates left around the hook that the killer is trying to track.
As survivor I've been facecamped and hit repeatedly on the hook, and my first thought is always, "It must be a rank 20." And I'm usually right. The game doesn't teach killers how to play, so they think, "I caught one, now I need to make sure this one dies before moving on to the next." It's the most intuitive way to play. And I've discovered that a lot of newbie killers think hitting survivors on the hook makes them die faster. They just don't know better. That's the game's fault, not theirs.
What the game needs isn't a rating system, it needs to teach killers optimal gameplay. It also wouldn't be a bad idea if after a match concludes survivors could rewatch the match from the killer's perspective.

Camping, tunneling, slugging, and the Mori are all legal, valid strategies for Killers. They are, in fact, the only other strategies possible to employ besides looping with you and mind games. If you had your way, you would reduce all Killer Players to Bots. You would swiftly lose them as Players too, and your Ques would get very long indeed. The only people that would remain are the Otz and Monto of the world and you would STILL be complaining and asking for more nerfs.
Killers do you a valuable service. They provide you with an Antagonist so you have a game. Variety in style and options are what keep the game interesting. Without them, this is just PacMan with scary Skins. You will never dissuade Killers from improvising and doing things which make commonsense. If you truly want them to camp and tunnel less, you will have to make it worth their while by giving them rewards for leaving the hook. This would be their version of Bold behavior, like Survivors spending a lot of time inside the Terror Radius.
I play both Killer and Survivor, and listening to all this nonsense is annoying. Survivors are part of a team, and it isn't expected that all the turtles are going to make it from the shore to the sea. If that bothers you, play Killer or find another game. Quit scapegoating Killer players for your choices. They are just playing the game. Likewise, I tell Killers who complain about Survivor Perks to shut the hell up. Survivors are just playing the game. This only works with both sides playing hard and not whining and whinging about every loss. Seriously.

This is a bad idea because it is a blaming system. And this is a bad idea because people don't know what tunneling is (they yell tunneling when they just don't feel like getting downed right now, I even saw one calling out tunneler because the killer committed to a chase! on first hook!).
So what would happen is, that roughly half (random guess) of the people would "abuse" the system and report crap just out of frustration / revenge or because they can't read the game properly or simply have their own personal understanding of bad gameplay that doesn't correlate with reality
If just on loading screen, how should it work to adjust perks?
So let's go on and implement a tagging system for toxic survivors. So the killer is able to dodge lobbies with at least one ass survivor. No problem right? Because these donkey survivors deserve to get no lobby I guess. And then the whole community is just idling around. Sounds perfect. No games, no crap to deal with...

How will you change your perks if you get the warning once the match is loading?
A scale rating for tunneling and slugging?? Wut?? At any rate, what you're suggesting is basically an indirect block feature. Why would you have a rating system for a Killer that you might not face again ever? Why have a rating system if it's not aimed at avoiding the low rated people? Not only would it be unreliable and inconsistent because maybe they happened to slug/camp/tunnel your team that one match, there's no way their playstyle can be cemented, every match is different, BUT it could basically ruin the queue times for the person being rated! Cuz people would constantly avoid them!
I wouldn't mind an in game block feature tho. I want to avoid as many entitled survivors that complain even after escaping and Killers that play scummy as possible.

This is a very bad idea in my opinion.
I would never want to give my opponents the opportunity to rate me.
After 800hrs of game time I've been called these 'bad' words more often when I was playing fair, than when I was actually camping or tunneling.
I am standing next to the hook, because I am drawing one trap as Hag? --> Camper!
I am within 32 metres of the hook? --> (Proxy) Camper!
I see someone going for the unhook, so I follow him back to the hook? --> Camper!
After hooking the survivor I see all the remaining survivors in front of me, taunting me, trying to lure me away from their friend - while they are literally doing nothing? --> Camper!
I managed to find the same survivor twice? --> Tunneler!
I could keep this list forever.
Also regarding tunneling ... I get that it's frustrating but sometimes you just have to tunnel. Eliminating one target quickly slows down a game.
In some games as killer you've got 5 minutes for 12 hooks. This is nearly impossible with all these 25-30 pallets arround.
Whenever I see these pro streamers with 3000-5000 hrs in, whenever they do some kind of hard killer challenge, they turn to tunneling to secure some games/wins.
It's just a tool you might want to take sometimes, if you want to win.
Same with slugging.
I get that it's annoying.
But getting your Hex cleansed within 20 seconds is also annyoing.
Going against SWF that coordinate each step via voice coms is frustrating and unbalanced.
Getting hit by DS is also really unpleasant. I had games where I hooked 4 people (not at once), downed them in front of the opened exit gates, and all four were able to crawl out. Nothing I could do.
I've picked up the first, got hit by DS, he escaped. Picked up the second, got hit by DS, he escaped ... Happened with all 4. Couldn't slug them either, because they were simply just crawling out. 'Anti Tunnel Perk' my ass.
But as a killer main I have to deal with these things. And I don't blame survivors. I also play with the most OP perks and the most unfair strategies as possible, whenever I play survivor.
