Giving experience when you finish a mission on the chapters

So you get bloodpoints and sometimes rift points if you do missions, but since they are technically "quests" why shouldn't they also give some experience as well? just a thought.

Short answer: BHVR loses money this way.

Long answer: Because that would mean giving players more shards, which means more chance to use those shards to unlock DLC killers/survivors without buying the packs. If doing the challenges meant you could grind out a source of bonus xp and progress through player levels faster, you would be reward with more and more shards to use in the store. While this would be a WONDERFUL answer to the ridiculous amount of stupid grind BHVR forces us to deal with despite pleading that they don't want the game to be "too grindy"; that is why it will never happen. Too many players could just focus on matches and challenges and get their DLC that way without paying any $$$. And I would not blame them one tiny bit. Just for what I don't currently have it would cost me a ridiculous $90 plus tax and that is with the "discounted" DLC bundles.
