Are these Pig add-ons bad?

I feel like Workshop Grease, Razor Wires, Jigsaw's Sketch and Jigsaw's Annotated Plan just benefit the Survivor when we're not talking about complete newbies. Am I wrong?
Does adding an additional box decrease the chances of the Survivor finding the key or increase it?
*This category thing is wonky, so if it put this in the "Feedback and Suggestions" part of the forum, I was trying to post it in the Community Questions area but it's not even an option.*

It is completely random so maybe it does or doesn't help survivors since multiple keys can spawn in one box. Pig's add-ons should be reworked long ago because many of them don't do anything.
