Anyone else getting really bad jittery/rubberband movement as survivor and killer?
Since the graphic update I've been getting really bad jittery movement, it's especially noticeable when trying to enter a building or when I'm running up to vault a window.
There have also been times where I'm running and I rubber band back a bit. It's nothing to do with my ping as it always sits on 40ms and I have no issues on any other game. This seems to frequently happen when I'm either being chased or chasing a survivor.
I haven't had this issue until the graphic/blight update came out, anyone else having this issue as it's honestly starting to tick me off.

I've noticed it on both. Sometimes as Survivor, it seems to 'double' vault a window, as if I lagged but my ping was normal. As killer, there are times I'll be in a chase and it seems to sort of stutter in movement as the survivor is running, as though I slowed down. It could be the servers, but I just don't know anymore. These days I swear the stuff that happens in games are just new features

My killer has been fine but survivor is literally boarderline unplayable right now.

Yeah, the weird part is that none of my friends have this issue aside from me and they have higher ping than I do. 🤔

I'm having issues with both but damn that sucks how u can't play survivor. Is it really that bad?

I mean, I teleport to the other side of walls on 42 ping. That happening all game for a game was enough for me to go back on my break of "I won't play survivor until they sort this bullshit out."

Had a similar issue where I jittered back to the other side of a wall and got killed because of it :/

Rubberband I noticed when they increased the tick rate. It happens the most at pallets when I stun a killer. If I drop pallet on same side as killer and killer hits me I can watch the killer teleport to other side of pallet. Alot of times I'm downed at the pallet when this happens, can tell killer is confused because they look for my body before either kicking or going around pallet to get back to me.

Did they enable that on release for graphic update as that's when it started for me

Sometimes I won't be able to do any basic actions because the game would rather stutter and glitch instead. It's really annoying. :(

Happens when I try to throw a pallet or pick up a survivor, it's so annoying as I want to finish my rift.

Yes and nothing helped. I can play only when it's really early morning or late night overwise it's very laggy. Like it's lagging so much I can't play Blight because as soon as I hit the wall it's pushes me back so far

I've had this happen as killer. You pop through the pallet and have to turn around and break it to pick up the survivor behind you, really threw me the first time as from my perspective I got the hit and then stunned with the survivor going down ahead of me across the pallet.
Getting some serious stuttering during chase too, makes landing the juke hits hard and often extends chases beyond what they should have been.

When I'm hit the way it looks makes sense, looks like I'm on same side of pallet as killer and they're facing me. The rubberbanding after just makes it feel more like a bs hit though, like should I have been hit if they're a pallet away not facing me?

I noticed that sometimes when i hit a survivor sound and scratchmarks are weird (you cant tell for a splitsecond what direction the survivor ran). I play this game for years and i doubt its me becoming a potatoe suddenly :D
Its either dedicated server or they randomly test the hit prediction and it somehow messes with scratmarks sound

Yep the worst of them all is plague when you go to vomit you just teleport everywhere but sadly still no word from behavior if we are even gonna get a hotfix for this which is very saddening tbh.

Yep. Everyime I vault when playing survivor it feels like an anime. I get three or four different shots of me vaulting before I flop on the ground.

Might be tied to the killer hook problem as well. Jittering there too. And after opening a box and trying to grab the item my survivor briefly teleports inside of the box.

It keeps happening to me as killer... it's like every single step I take has a mini rubberband pulling me back.

Same with me. It's so frustrating to lose chases on either side because of this. I understand they have a fix coming this week for the hooks. I'm hoping they've resolved this as well when it comes out. I miss playing the game at present, but it's not fun to play in its current state.

I honestly can't play the game anymore, I tried playing leatherface today and it was so annoying trying to use his chainsaw as I kept stuttering into objects

Yeah, it can be really confusing and cause me to miss hits just because I have no clue what’s going on. I’ve also seen players teleport through pallets after dropping or breaking them.

Yeah, it happens a ton. Last week I was in a chase, vaulted as GF onto the other side, survivor ran back around; and I literally rubberbanded to the other side of the wall straight into the survivor. I found that a wired connection reduces it quite a bit though.
