I always use the perk just to try getting some extra points and it's really hard to actually build up 4 stacks every single game since your ally can be hooked on the other side of the map, thus making it difficult for people who use the perk. I don't know what will be the other ways to stack it but just changing it adds a lot of value to the perk and I love it, so thanks to BHVR team :)
