36% is 28 sec more you can sit for 28 sec or heal for 32 sec or use WGLF to heal in 24 sec.

It used to be 6% but they found it too strong due to the synergy with Legion. Now that it no longer slows healing and Legion can no longer inflict the effects of Sloppy Butcher with its power, why not bring it back to how they originally wanted to boost the perk? That 1% more losing the ability to slow down care is ridiculous personally speaking. 6% would have been correct if focused solely on generators. At least it would have moved the meta a little from the same perk combinations

We're Gonna Live Forever's healing bonus is only when the other survivor is in the dying state. It reduces the default 16 second default heal from dying state to 8 seconds (100% increase) if they haven't been able to recover at all and you immediately start healing them once they've been downed (Probably more realistically like 14s -> 7s or so).
Two people healing one another for (16x2)= 32 seconds - or using a medkit to heal themselves in that same amount of time each is relatively strong BUT your suggestions make Legion and Plague much more oppressive then they are now. While Plague is ever so popular (Survivors love her /s) I personally don't want to see any more Legions than I already do considering how braindead boring it is to play as and play against it.
Not saying the Thana "buff" to 5% slowdown on gens is in any way making it a useable perk so even going as far as 9% might might be worth considering just to test "how oppressive" it is... especially when stacked with Forever Freddy Addons - rather than err on caution so much on the PTB.
