Feral Frenzy buff ideas?
My Idea:
Duration: 15 seconds
Recharge: 15 seconds
Add Ons: Change killer instinct range add ons for Frenzy Movement Speed add ons, buffed Filthy and Dirty blades, Frank's mixtape increases how long killer instinct range and duration, Stab wounds study buff, Pins durations increased from 60 to 90 seconds.
Let me know your ideas! I'd like to see some other variations for a FF buff

While his addons could use some tweaking they aren't his main issues.
I'd personally reduce his fatigue by 1 second, get rid of the reduced power bar on basic m1's, and make Deep Wounds also apply Oblivious status.
This gives him some more play styles and makes survivors be a little more careful with just instantly Mending like they do now. You could pretend to leave where they assume you're going to spread FF more but instead double back while they are mending with Oblivious.

I like that idea a lot. I feel the 4 second stun makes Dirt + Joey Tape way too good compared to other addons and I just wanted to spice up some addons for some extra use out of Frenzy while it's active. The oblivious status may be a bit much though, I feel like it should get it's own little effect where it basically gives the survivor a personal M&A with a 16m reduce to what the survivor hears. But I feel like doubling back on a frenzy victim doesn't happen often, but I guess that'd be a good buff for when it does occur. I just feel like them being oblivious could backfire heavily on Legion because if that survivor is in a SWF using OoO they could keep sprinting to maintain Deep Wound for that oblivious effect for the info.

for his current power, id reduce the stun from 4 seconds to 3 seconds, remove the 50% power reduction from successful basic attacks, and somehow changing deep wounds to be more of an engaging status effect (idk how though)
and if it was possible, id like to just see a complete rework of his power. the way it stands his power can never see a middle ground imo, it’ll either be way too strong or way too weak.

"But I feel like doubling back on a frenzy victim doesn't happen often, but I guess that'd be a good buff for when it does occur."
It currently doesn't happen because there isn't an Oblivious effect so the survivor knows exactly what you're doing, AKA no reason to double back. If they actually had Oblivious you would now have a reason to.
I wouldn't say OoO is a reason to not have this change because that is an issue with OoO itself and that perk needs a rework in general.
We could make it just a deafen, I suppose that could work seeing as you wouldn't hear the TR anymore either. Even better it would prevent you from hearing this fatigue noise which Oblivious wouldn't block.

Reduce fatigue, remove the decrease from basic attacks, and make it so that they lose like 25%-33% of the duration on missed Frenzy hits.

I have an Idea for Deep Wounds.
Mending triggers a permanent skillcheck bar that sporadically spawns very difficult skillchecks (like overcharge difficulty). There's no penalty for missing the skillchecks, but there's an instant +1 second progress for hitting them.
So mending and missing all the skillchecks takes the same speed as it is now, but someone who hits them all could potentially save maybe 3-4 seconds

Get rid of Killer Instinct and change it to auras. You can't judge distance with KI so you'll spend the rest of your frenzy chasing an icon that's out of your reach.

Fatigue reduced from 4 seconds to 3 seconds.
Successful Basic Attacks no longer drain 50% of the power gauge.
Missing an attack in Feral Frenzy now drains 33.3% of the power gauge instead of depleting Feral Frenzy's power gauge.
Add On adjustments. (Seriously Frank's Mixtape and Stab Wounds Study have got to go)

Any increase to their power duration is good. Right now, the Legion is supposed to be about juggling, except their power runs out so quick they can't actually juggle. Decrease the post-frenzy stun per player stabbed (maybe .66 seconds each) and that'd be a nice buff.

Allow him to down with his power and cheese chase mechanics to bleed survivors out again/s

I made my own post about this, so I'll summarize.
Basekit change: Every successful stab reduces the cooldown/fatigue by 0.5 secs to a max of 2 secs.
DW change: reduce timer from 30 secs to 15
Cooldown add-on change: these add-ons will instead reduce the Frenzy lost on a missed attack by 20%, 35%, 50%
Frank's Mixtape: Every successful stab increases speed while in Frenzy by 5% to a max of 15%.
Stab Wounds: I changed my mind on this one from my original post. Instead, it induces an indefinite Mangled/Hemorrhage effect until healed, effectively being a Frenzy version of Sloppy Butcher.
Collision changes: When Legion vaults a pallet/window, he retains his collision, preventing the survivor from clipping through his model to double vault.

Decrease in fatigue time for every survivor hit. You should get rewarded for hitting multiple survivors. .4 seconds taken off per survivor would be decent for base. Add ons can increase the amount taken off, for example:
Julies Mix Tape: Adds .1 seconds to each removed fatigue cooldown.
Joeys Mix Tape: Adds .15 seconds to each removed fatigue cooldown.
Cold Dirt: Adds .2 seconds to each removed fatigue cooldown.
Fuming Mix Tape: Decreases removed fatigue per chain hit by .3 seconds. Increase Legions base speed by 5% per survivor hit with Feral Frenzy up to 4 times.

Between your idea and mine, I think I'm noticing a pattern with the fatigue...

No matter how much you buff Frenzy, without it being as broken as it was on release (which it should NEVER return to), I don't see Legion being an effective killer without a rework or SOMETHING to help him down survivors.
I've mained Legion for a while, and as much as I love his bloodpoint generation, there is no number change to Legion that would satisfy me at all. You could give me infinite Frenzy and I still wouldn't care much.
Every killer in this game has to have a power to help them down survivors for them to be even somewhat effective against decent players that know how to loop a killer. That can come with stealth, mobility, a special attack, etc. Legion has nothing but a knife. He's not the only killer in the game that has this issue, but he's probably got the worst case of it right now. All he's got going for him is slowdown and instadowns. It's decent pressure until you're against a good player who knows how to run you.
Like I said, I still love Legion, but he needs a lot more than number changes for good buff that's fair.

reduce the stun by lets say a second, dont have them lose power on normal M1s and dont fully empty their power gauge when missing a FF attack (still break them out of their power though).
