Can we have Voldemort as a Killer
I know he's not the traditional horror villain but he:
--murdered hundreds if not thousands of people
--was intent on murdering a child
--genuinely looks terrifying to some people (Ralph Fiennes did him justice imo)
--led a group of very twisted people which some may consider psychologically horrifying
--tortured potential survivor characters
--was literally so dark and twisted that people didn't even want to say his name
I don't know I just think it would be cool and tbh JK Rowling seems like she'd do anything for a cash grab at this point (if some people have read her twitter they would see that) so maybe it's not viable but it would be fun.
EDIT: More things
--Literally split his soul into seven pieces so he wouldn't die (which, by the way, you need to murder to do)
--They could call him something quirky like "The Nameless" or whatever
--The generation that grew up with Harry Potter (my generation) is old enough to consider this series nostalgic and may actually smile when they see him listed as a killer

Ohhh his M1 could be a ranged attack that hinders you for a few seconds and then his mori could be a big flash of green light and the survivor dropping dead with burn marks all over the body

Well yeah, he has the ability to run quickly over snow without sinking or leaving much of a footprint; he is an extraordinarily good archer; he can walk a tightrope; he can see far distances with extraordinary clarity. He’s good with animals, and also has ability to communicate with trees and sense things outside of sensory perception.
Although we never see Legolas use magic, Elven do perform enchantments like healing and mind intrusion.
Maybe his perks would be similar.
Galadriel and Elrond had rings of power. He could have perks along the lines of those, idk.

This is actually a pretty cool idea.
M1 attack is a strike from nagini on his shoulder.
Special attack could be any 2 or 3 of the following spells: hinders (arresto momentum), disarms (expelliarmus), teleports (apparate) , traps an area causing survivors to scream when entering (caterwaling charm), blinds (lumos solem), breaks gens/doors from a distance (reducto), causes grunts of pain (crucio) or increases survivors breathing, grunts of pain, and footstep noise (sonorousl. There would have to be a cool down between castings
Every time he gets an M1 hit, a horcrux totem appears in the world as a dull totem (new totem spawns so they can't pre cleanse). M1 hits that put survivors into the dying state create 2 totems instead. Once all 7 dull horcrux totems are made, they become lit, no new totems can spawn, and one or all of his spells turns into avada cadavra which instant downs survivors hit with it. If 4 of the lit totems are cleansed, his spell(s) go back to normal. If all 7 horcrux totems are cleansed, the hatch opens.
(Using totems as horcruxes might be too powerful with other totem synergy, so horcruxes could be their own thing that can't be cleansed until lit)

If Voldemort makes it into this game, they better have Snape and Malfoy as Survivors. One of Malfoys perks could be enchanting two lockers to work as doorways to the other side of the map, similar to how he mended the cabinets to let the baddies into Hogwarts.
I really want Hermione, but with the poor job they did with Nancy, I am scared what they would do to her.

I don't know if that would work, as much as I like the books and world that Tolkien wrote, I would think Sauron's power could be equal to the Entity. I definitely think that Gandalf the White would overpower the entity if he was allowed to unleash his full power.

Sauron would make the most sense since he does use weapons more then wands which is more balanced since Voldamort would be kinda of another deathslinger if he can shoot a spell at you across the map.
Also he is more of a Real Lich which is a type of killer we yet to see in the game.

Well that wouldn't really make for fun gameplay even if they did Voldemort his projectiles would be his only way to attack and having a projectile to only attack would probably denie the killer more than usual,I don't know what a Lich is actually but I'm guessing it's something like an undead mage or like a dragon priest, The guy's seem like Lich's,also Sauron has some cool abilities and he wields a badass sword and his appearance screams murder fest.
Well he's powerful but I just looked at a video and they said he was a servant of somebody,I fought him on middle earth he wasn't that powerful.

I was thinking "ring wraiths" would be a good one. Can summon their steed for movement and has an infection type thing applied to survivors they hit.

Absolutely... also, could work well with a something of a reverse OoO perk on random survivors, to the effect when Frodo puts on the ring in TheFellowship.

Not that your idea is bad, but I disagree about “creatures”. I think the relatively human cast is one of the things that makes the game interesting. Otherwise we just end up with dragons, giant spiders, and every other overused creature.

Yup exactly, Also a Lich is someone that used some kind of ritual to become immortal or found a way to escape death which both ways are usually involved in Necromancy. Just like the Dragon Priest you mentioned.

So, even ignoring the fact that WB are greedy and there would be an enormous amount of legal hoops to juml through... We are talking about the guy who can kill anyone he sees with no restriction? In a world where mages only use wands because they are lazy and can totally do all the same stuff without them, as stated by the creator of said world herself?
Seriously, what would stop good old Voldy from just... Stupefying everyone? Using the imperious Curse? Maybe a bit of Sectumsempra? Or some good old fashioned killing curses? I know the entity is powerful, but Voldemort would have to be neutered so much he... Wouldn't be scary. Oh, wow, a racia- I mean, magical supremacist who can barely do magic.
It's the Xenomorph issue. The character is just too strong to be scary.
Edit: also, the Cruciatus Curse was illegal, but not Sectumsempra? Wierd, wierd laws.

Sectumsempra was invented by Snape and possibly not used by anone else excpet him (and the one time harry did it without knowing what it does). I guess it was just not widespread enough / too new to be considered a forbidden curse. You can bet the forbidden curses were already hundreds of years old and caused some serious issues in magical conflicts, so they were deemed unforgivable.
