Killer Perk Idea That I Can't Make Up A Name For
[PERK NAME] (I'll call it PN for now.)
Every time you kick a Generator, PN gains 1 Token.
When you have 1 or more Tokens, every time a Survivor makes a Generator explode, the Generator explosion deals 1 Health State worth of damage to the Survivor causing the explosion, consuming 1 Token per damaged Survivor.
If the Survivor causing the explosion is Injured, it will apply Deep Wound instead.
If the Survivor causing the explosion is Injured and has Deep Wound, the Perk won't have any effect and will still consume a Token.
The general penalties for exploding a Generator still apply: The interaction is paused for a few seconds, and the Generator will regress a bit.
- Syncs with Overcharge, which would easily get rid of those who Gen-tap during a chase.
- Doesn't sync with Surge, as the explosions are created by the Killer.
- Syncs with Technician, it will completely deny this Perk.

Can it infllct Dying State on survivors who're already Injured?

I've been hesitating about that.
I think maybe, if they're Injured, it would apply Deep Wound instead of dealing damage.

If an exploding generator has multiple survivors on it, are they all punished? Also, you need to update the language to say "anytime a survivor fails a skill check on a generator..."; otherwise, it doesn't make sense from the wording that Surge doesn't trigger it.
