Unsafe Unhook Punishment
Seeing as we're into this whole 'punishment of unsportsmanlike bad-behaviour' thing (dc for example) how about lets put a passive core debuff in place that survivors could use to HELP the killer in the specific instance where another Survivor who is not using borrowed time decides to farm you via use of blatant unsafe unhooks.
This would have the effect of I don't know let's say, alert the Survivor in question that their aura is now visible to the Killer for the next minute, throughout which time they are also exposed.
Wondering if this would deter such unsportsmanlike behaviour.
Probably won't be implemented but there you go.

There is a counter and that is to fall in line, using ds and unbreakable, sustaining self mockery and ridicule when you aren't using the perks in more then half of your trials.

I’ve always wanted to be able to kick people in the head when they rush the hook with the Killer right behind them.
Sometimes they’ll go down as soon as they unhook me and the Killer is chill and let’s me t-bag the douchebag. It’s even sweeter when the Killer nods in approval and let’s me go.

Just adding the ability to deny an unhook would be fine. Sure, some people would sue that to troll... By throwing the game and dying, which is already a thing that people do, just in other ways.

It'd solve many problems if we could stop an unhooking attempt as the survivor hanging. It'd have to be on a cooldown, though.

Cause it'd otherwise be abused by the hooked survivor to "save" themselves for their friend or other stuff like that.

But there's so very many ways to throw a game, what's one more? Anyone that would do that would already be throwing the game right now, just in different ways. And it's better that than kicking someone away only for them to just instantly farm you anyway.

And how exactly would the game decide if an unsafe unhhok was for farming or because of the killer camping? Or because of the killer comming around the corner while the unhooker already went for the unhook with no way to get to safety? Self learning AI Algorythm statistical data magic?

That's the main reason people use ds/unbreakable all the time. I started using ds cause ppl would constantly farm me. Unsafe unhooks should punish bloodpoints and emblems. That should help a little to reduce meta builds

That is a good question. Maybe it could apply the penalty if the survivor who unhooks has been in a chase for a certain amount of time and goes for the unhook while still in chase?

I think that it is ultimately up to the killer to punish bad unhooks, but not by targeting the one being unhooked.
Instead, go after the one who unhook and PUNISH THEM for their mistake.

If the survivor is about to die and the killer is proxy camping, I will try an unsafe unhook and take a hit just to give them a chance to escape. So I should just let them die now?
