Change the rules based on rank color

I see a lot of posts and discussion about how changes impact different groups of players.

"But if we do X, then high rank players will..."

"But if we do Y, then low rank players will..."

As a player having a good amount of fun on PS4 around rank 11 and never going above 10, there are many ways to play this game. Why not make different rule sets for each of the "color bands" of ranks? If gen progress is too fast or too slow for lower or higher ranks, change how it works in red ranks to make the game more competitive. Instead of calling some perks out as being for new survivors, make them differently useful in higher ranks against more skilled killers.\

I think one of the mistakes this game makes is trying to make one set of circumstances work for people from casual starters through pure casuals, through try-hards,. sweat squads and elite killers. Cater to each group. Hell, make a full on competitive mode that removes map RNG or whatever the really competitive people don't like. I'm not that person. I play for fun. I like leaving the end gate zone to try that last second clutch play that kills me but saves another survivor. I find it fun and rewarding. I don't need to tick all the boxes to get to red ranks and I doubt I could if I tried. So what? I have fun. I don't hold it against red ranks that they do what they do, just that it seems required to own or enjoy the game by some.

This seems like the best way to expand and maintain the game audience. Tailor red ranks to what red rank survivors do and want. And so forth down to bottom rank beginners. Just make notifications or whatever to inform the player what changes when they move into a different rank-set and let them either sink back to the ranks they enjoy or rise to the challenge of the higher ranks.

Thanks for coming to my DBD talk.

The thing is, no matter what rank you are, there's always gonna be dumb survivors who don't know what loops are and crouch around the entire map. Making Rank-based mechanic changes will just make it worse for Solo players. Cuz the braindead bots will just make the games draw out longer than they already do.

The core mechanics of the game need a complete overhaul. There should be a secondary objective for survivors, killers should be denied of camping and tunneling early game. Bloodlust should stop being reset after breaking pallets, THE TUTORIALS NEED AN UPDATE, there should be a PRACTICE MODE, the list goes on...
