Cross Progression and Cross Play
Hey everyone, I'm sorry if I'm posting this is the wrong section. This isn't a bug report as it's been reported 100 times already.
On October 15, 11 days ago I made an account on bhvr's system which was intended to cross progress between steam and stadia. However, like everyone else who has done this, I am no longer able to play cross play under than in solo queues. Unlinking the accounts as many people know makes us lose progress, ac, shards and bp.
My question is, has anyone gotten anymore information regarding this other than the generic answer of BHVR being aware of the problem? It's been 11 days I feel like we need an update by now.

I’ve spent over a week searching the forums and can’t find anything. I would take what he says with a grain of salt, told me he has 0 access and knows nothing.

While he can't gain access to what's going on I believe moderators do have contact with BHVR officials. It's likely they messaged a BHVR member and they responded with a "We're looking into it".
I could be wrong though :/

So what you’re saying is he’s like a spiritual medium, he can talk to the other side? He was a little ambiguous when commenting on my posts so I wasn’t sure. No i'm aware that they are aware. I'm just wondering if they will release an update on the situation. I can't access the account on bhvr anymore which makes me think they are working on it. I'm patient, however, it's been two weeks for me and although I only posted a few days. There is a few report from day one. However, I feel like they are working on it and hopefully any day now we go back to normal.

Update from my end of things. I ended up doing the un-link cause I could no long bare not playing with friends, it's officially been two weeks for me. I did notice that the linked and unlinked account are different numbers. see below;
I lost 90 Auric Cells, 3,520 Shards (I had spent some to buy things during the two weeks linked and not all the purchased items are in my locker), and 21,896 BP. What I care the most about are Auric Cell and Shards and ALL THE PROGRESS LOST for the last 2 weeks. I lost my Rift progress I'm back at level 1, and lost level progress on many of my characters, as well as a few cosmetic items bought in shop.
Alas, I will patient for the rest of the stuff as I am sure they can credit my account back with what was lost I took video evidence and maybe refund me the levels and cosmetic of the rift via auric cells and shards. For lost progression of characters maybe the could award me blood points to get them back where I was. I don't want anymore more, as I totally understand that working as an indie company and with covid nothing is currently normal. I just don't want to lose anything. However, I can play with friends again, I will be patient and hope for a fix.

Anyone hear anything, next week I'm going on one month with this issue. I've lost my auric cells, character progression, rift progress, shards and blood points. I can now play with my friends. I'm still being patient but 0 updates anywhere. Will we get our stuff back plus all progress we currently made.
