Constantly Disconnecting
This has happened on 4 different survivors and 3 different killers
- I join the game
- I do any action and I get stuck
- I can see people running around but they run right through me
- I'm just chilling for 5 minutes until I disconnect
- And I get a 15 minute ban for no reason
My internet is good I have 100 up and 100 down, I use ethernet, I've not had any disconnecting problems in any game except this one

Try resetting your router.
I was having the same problem one day, ended up DCing 4 matches in a row, timer was at 15 minutes, I reset my router and that corrected the issue. It could just be coincidental but it takes about 3 minutes to reset a router... Just unplug it for 30 seconds and plug er back in and let it reboot...
Might help. Probably some kind of nat glitch...
After I do a lot of downloading / streaming this happens to me, I reset my router once every week or two but I hadn't reset it in about 3 weeks so it started acting up on me one night.
Just a suggestion, it helped me... although it's weird that it was only happening on this game and nothing else.

I've already tried resetting it twice this is really the only game that it happens with. I play GTA, Warframe, and Ark and I can play those games for hours without any disconnection issues.

Yeah was worth a shot, sorry I couldn't be of more help...
It seems like their servers are just junk for the most part.
Sometimes weird stuff happens with this game that can't really be explained... well it can... it's mostly just bad development / coding issues but what can you do? :/
The second you call these guys out on something they ban you.

I've been having something similar, except it's always someone else who disconnects and the it ends the game after it's begun. We load into the trial like normal, but one or two people (sometimes all three other survivors) aren't moving as if they're afk. After about a minute, the game displays that one of the survivors disconnected and ends the trail with ERROR CODE. It's been nearly every game, but there have been a few normal matched in between. I've probably played 20 matches and maybe 2 have been normal out of those. I haven't really seen anyone posting about this, and this never happened before the event started. I was wondering if anyone also had this, or if it was a known issue.

This has started happening to me within the last 24 hours. I can't get through a match without the game disconnecting, and the match disconnect penalties keep adding up. I think I'm up to 30 minutes now. All my other online games work fine. I have a 300MB down / 100 MB up Internet connection. I've reset both the Wi-Fi router and modem multiple times. Cold booted the PC multiple times. Memory cleared. The only thing that's changed is I bought the Hellraiser and Resident Evil chapters yesterday. Seems more than a little coincidental. I've played over 4200 hours in the the game, and the tech issues are mounting and getting more frequent. I can't wait until VHS goes live so I can drop DBD.
