Fully Healed Survivor Making Groans of Pain (Even with Iron Will)

After being healed by another survivor, if you heal him, your character will make groans of pain until you stop heal him....

and iron will don't work on that for some reason... xd

  There's something with audio imo, idk if Killer hears you or it's just on your side, but sometimes I have hit, without IW and I don't make any noise.
