The Amanda's Letter add-on for The Pig has been Kill Switched due to an issue with incorrect RBT count.

Side effects of the bloodlust changes
The bloodlust changes mostly affect the low- medium rank killers (rank 20- rank 7) and the low-medium tier killers (clown, wraith, ect.)
Whilst the top tier killers (spirit, nurse) and high rank players aren't affected at all, the rest are getting some huge nerfs. In their ranks the gens pop like crazy, and the majority don't have good slowdown perks like corrupt. The removal of bloodlust will result in longer chases, so the killer will either have to choose to commit to a chase which will result in gens getting done, or injure a survivor and leaving them. Certain unsafe loops will become safe (like the barrel loop in the game, unsafe pallets, ect.) and will result in a heavy advantage for the survivors.
The test was a good idea, but I don't think that everyone thought of the killers that will get most punished out of this situation.
So what's your opinion? Let me know below

Let me give you an example:
As clown, you've thrown all your bottles, you have 2 options, reload or use bloodlust to get a hit. If you reload the survivor will gain incredible distance, that's why the most viable solution is to normally chase them. Since bloodlust won't be a thing anymore clown in these situations will be a normal m1 killer.
If you're cloaked as wraith it doesn't count as chase, so windows cannot be blocked by the entity, so you'll need to be uncloaked on the most part, correct me if I'm wrong.
There are situations where it's more viable to use bloodlust instead of your power, by removing bloodlust completely the killer will be in an incredible disadvantage if there are strong tiles nearby (funbus to jungle gym to shack for example, midwitch hallways, ect)

Cloaking in chase with wraith is completely pointless, unless the survivor is running directly into a dead zone, or will somehow give you the speed required to block a vault and trap them. The decloak slowdown is so bad that you cannot use it for gap closing unless you can be sure they will be unable to get to a window or pallet in time. Since he can't attack out of it, cloaking mid chase is usually a bad idea. Also like the other person mentioned, it prevents windows from being blocked.
Bloodlust change hurts wraith considerably because his chase strength is the pinnacle of M1. He lives and dies on mindgames and hiding his red glow.

If you're not running spirit fury/enduring, eating every pallet is a bad thing, especially if you're not getting trades for them. Since Wraith can't attack while cloaked, he cant force pallet drops with the hope of a trade hit like any other situation, giving him even less reward possibility in return for the risk of the lunge. Most survivors know this, and won't even throw the pallet until you're almost finished your decloak, causing even more of a time waste. Meanwhile, if any nearby windows are unblocked, the survivor can often reach them in time before the decloak finishes, meaning you dont even need to waste the pallet AND it doesn't count for the entity blocker.

As a clown I'm not having that much difficulty because his power already resets Bloodlust. Actually I'm having more wins with him than other killers on red ranks, but it could be due to several factors.
I think the problem is as CLAUDETTEINABUSH stated, but I dont think that affects only the lower ranks for a simple reason, even if it doesnt affect in the same manner the red ranks, it still affect them. I play on red ranks but I dont consider myself as a good killer, but I try. One way or another I end up reaching rank 1 all the time. I dont have 5k hours like some people I play against and I feel this affect me as well because you force many more chases to be a break chase when they could have gone for 15s more with a down.
People will say: "but if you wait for BL you are doing something wrong". Not necessarily. If waiting 10-15s more gives you a down, that's two or more survivors that need to mobilize to save a pal, while if you always need to break chase, that is mostly 1 person that will heal and most of the time they won't even heal and simply go to another generator. So, sometimes it's better to lose 15s more and gain an advantage of more people focused on saving a person, than save 15s and lose 1 generator of progress or more with all people engaged in generators. Without BL you are simply forced to break chase more times and pallets that could become mindgamable in 15s, become a must break and possibly a must break chase as well.

Claudette you don't understand, killers are basically NPCs. Don't look at it as a nerf for them but a big buff for US! Doesn't that sound nicer?

I didn't mention bamboozle for the same reason I didn't mention things like his faster vaulting addons: It stops the window, but it only stops one window from being an issue at a time. If there is a jungle gym into a TL or another gym, for example, it accomplishes nothing. While Bamboozle is a goto if not running the SF/Enduring combo, it is mostly for situations where you can use it to force a pallet drop, which again, takes immaculate positioning to even have a chance of decloaking and getting even so much as a trade at the pallet drop.
Bloodlust for Wraith was basically for making sure he could trade hits at pallet drops. Getting bloodlust itself is always a bad thing since it means the chase has gone for more than 15 seconds without a hit or pallet break, so its never ideal on an M1 killer. Without it, however, in situations like safe loops it means that someone like Wraith gets less chance of a trade (which is honestly probably why they made the change) at safe loops unless the survivor severely misjudges their distance in regards to making it to a pallet in time.
When playing Wraith, any chase that lasted long enough to reach bloodlust 1 felt like a game losing waste in itself, but they were sometimes unavoidable. The best way to play him is more hit and run oriented, but if survivors are not afraid of him and know how to not be caught out, you're going to be forced to make normal chases which puts him at a massive disadvantage.

Simple: imagine a jungle gym that goes into an L and T wall, if you're cloacked the survivor can run you forever there without blocking any windows or pallets. A good survivor knows all the wraith tricks, so it basically makes cloacking a bad idea. The same survivor can run wraith uncloaked for a huge amount of time before hitting them or getting a pallet drop in that area alone without bloodlust.

Im talking about a wraith without any chase perks. Some low rank killers don't have access to bamboozle (such as myself, I don't have all of clown's perks yet)

Correct, but until then bloodlust must remain, correct?

A huge problem I've run into is an increase in Hold-W. That alone makes me feel that Bloodlust should stay, because I genuinely chased someone from one corner of Mothers Dwelling to the other and they collided with the damn wall before I hit them. No pallets, no windows, just running forward in a straight line. Now, granted, I was playing Pallet Freddy so it was understandable action to take, but that was only one of my trials and in every single one I've had at least one person "outplay" me. (I've noticed no difference otherwise in terms of looping.)
Running forward in a straight line needs some form of punishment, because there is zero counterplay. I hate Bloodlust, I don't think it should be in the game once the ridiculously strong areas are removed like they have been doing, but at the same time it kind of feels like DS: Killers need it to "counterplay" that 1 ridiculous, fun-destroying thing survivors can do, let's all hope no-one abuses it and becomes what they hate.
